This card was made with New Arrival and mini-monograms cartridges. The rattle was cut @ 2 and I'm sorry but I can't remember what size the scalloped circles were cut at. The solid cardstock was dry embossed with Cuttlebug divine swirls.

Blue and yellow are my fav colors for baby cards.... I love the embossing, the scallop circle, the ribbons. Really a cute card, rattle and all.
